How can I make an online booking through the website of Villa Alojamiento?

To make a booking, you must fill in the search form and follow the steps indicated, selecting the dates, type of accommodation and extra services required for your stay. Our assistant will guide you through the whole process. You can complete your booking in just a few minutes.

Are card payments made through the Villa Alojamiento website secure?

Our payment gateway uses an encryption protocol that guarantees data confidentiality. You can check the level of security by making sure the following address is displayed in the browser address bar: www.bookassist.com/conduit/card.jsp As well as the symbol on the right of the address bar. This way you can make sure you have accessed the payment gateway and that you are on a secure site, which uses SSL encryption protocol.

What is the deposit?

The deposit amount represents 4% of the total booking made through the official Villa Alojamiento website and will be considered to have been paid on your arrival; therefore you will only have to pay the remaining 96% directly at the Resort. This deposit will be charged to your credit card when you make the booking to confirm that the credit card details provided are correct and that the card holder agrees to the booking. If you need to cancel your booking within the permitted period, please contact us for a refund on your deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your booking without charge, you must inform us at least 24 hours before 2 p.m. of the day of your arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged for the first night.

Can I modify my booking?

If you have booked through a Travel Agency or an Online Tour Operator, you must contact the Agent/Operator in question regarding any modifications or cancellations.
If you have booked your stay through the Villa Alojamiento website you can change the details during the booking process before completion. Having selected the dates and accommodation options you would like, you will see a complete summary of your booking. If you wish to make any changes before completing the booking within the secure site, you can click on “Modify Reservation”. If you wish to make changes afterwards, the cost of your reservation might be changed through the introduction of additional supplements and/or discounts. In this case, please contact our Reservations Department on 964 825 600.

Is it possible to choose a specific apartment or request other types of services?

When you enter the details of your reservation, you will find a space called “Specific Requests”, through which you can provide us with observations or request certain details, such as which floor you would prefer to stay on (first floor, ground floor), the location of the apartment, type of decor (Zen or Mediterranean), whether a cot is required, etc. Villa Alojamiento will do everything it can to comply with your requests at all times, subject to availability.

How can I pay for my reservation?

If you wish, you can pay for your stay in advance by bank transfer, requesting the account number and sending us the transfer confirmation slip by e-mail to reservas@villaalojamiento.com or by fax to +34 964 825 607. Cash payments must be in Euro (€). Personal cheques and travellers cheques are not accepted. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard/Maestro, American Express and Diners Club (pending activation).

Do I need to provide a credit card number when checking in?

When you check in, you must provide the details of a credit card from which Villa Alojamiento will take a pre-authorisation for the total amount of your reservation plus €50 per night by way of a guarantee against possible damage or additional costs. When you check out, the amount initially retained will be effectively charged for the total amount of the stay, unblocking the remaining amount within a maximum of two (2) days following the end of your stay.

How many people can stay in an apartment?

Up to six (6) or eight (8) people, depending on the type of accommodation chosen (6 people in the case of two bedroom apartments and 8 in three bedroom apartments and duplexes). The additional supplement per person is €6 per person (including VAT) on a Room Only basis.

Do children get special discounts? Children can benefit from free services and discounts offered by Villa Alojamiento: children under 2 stay for free, as do children aged 3 to 12 for the first child, and a discount of 50% is applied for subsequent children to the additional accommodation amount. They also get special discounts on meals and restaurant services.

What time is check-in/check-out?

You can check in from 2 p.m. onwards and check-out is before 12 midday. If your accommodation is ready, you can check in before 2 p.m. If you need to check out later than 12 o’clock, please check with Reception: depending on our occupancy, we might be able to offer you the room up until 6 p.m. at an additional cost of €15 (including VAT).

Does the Resort have parking or garage facilities?

Within the Villa Alojamiento there is free parking in our garage. For more information, check with Reception. What services and facilities will I find in the apartment? There will be a full set of towels and toiletries in the bathroom and WC. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave and other utensils; air conditioning and heating, flat screen LCD TV with digital terrestrial television and international channels via satellite; telephone and video entry system.

What restaurant services are available at the Resort? The Villa Alojamiento has one restaurant with it own personality, the Restaurante Golf Panorámica, giving you the choice of a wide variety of dishes on their menus.

Is there anywhere I can leave valuable items? If you wish, you can leave any valuable items with Reception to be kept in the Resort’s safe at no extra charge.

What is the Restaurant opening times? PANORAMICA GOLF serves meals at the following times: Breakfast: 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Lunch: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Dinner: 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m..

Is there a cleaning service in the apartments? For stays of a week or longer, the accommodation will be cleaned and all the towels, sheets and toiletries replaced every 4 days. Furthermore, Villa Alojamiento offers a supplementary cleaning service on request for an additional €14 / day.

What golfing facilities and services does Villa Alojamiento offer? Villa Alojamiento has exclusive agreements in place with the Panorámica Golf & Country Club, entitling our guests to special prices on green fees, classes, buggies, etc. when they book through us. Which services can I enjoy in the Resort? You can enjoy all the facilities available at the Villa Alojamiento: gardens, outdoor swimming pools, tennis and padel courts, social club… During busy periods it is advisable to book the use of the courts in advance. They are available from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and sports equipment can be hired.

Does the Resort offer facilities for children? Villa Alojamiento has a children’s play area close to the swimming pool, so parents can relax while their children have a great time.

Does the Resort offer free internet access? Villa Alojamiento has free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) throughout the complex. If you do not have a laptop and you would like to check something on the internet, you can ask our Reception. Alternatively, Villa Alojamiento can rent you a laptop for €15 / two hours or €30 (including VAT) for the whole day.

Can pets stay at the Resort? Only guide dogs are allowed on our premises to accompany visually impaired people.
